Included below is basic information regarding accessibility at F&M Bank Arena. Accessible Parking

Accessible drop off lanes are located around the building:

  • Main St. between First & Second St.
  • Second Street between Main & College St.

Accessible parking spaces are located at nearby lots surrounding the venue.


Listening Devices

Assisted Listening Devices are available at guest services located near Section 109. A photo ID is required as collateral for using the assisted listening device. The ID will be exchanged back for the device when returned.


Luxury Suites and Premium Spaces

Guests who require wheelchair-accessible seating or accessible services while in a luxury suite or premium space are encouraged to contact their premium services contact with as much advance notice as possible.


Sign Language Interpreters

Sign Language Interpreters are available upon request to those who require such services. Guests who require such services are required to give F&M Bank Arena as much advance notice as possible, but at least two weeks prior to the event by calling 931-343-FMBA, selecting Box Office from the menu or by emailing accessibility@fmbankarena.com. Required seating accommodations for the guest and the interpreter are provided on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability and are not guaranteed.


Sensory Rooms and Bags

In partnership with KultureCity, the Ashok & Dipika Shah Sensory Room provides a dedicated space designed by medical professionals for those who may need a quieter and more secure environment. The sensory room is outfitted with bean bags from Yogibo, the visual light panels by Nanoleaf, activity panels, Sparkle Interactive Light (by NunoErin – a therapeutically fun furniture embedded with soft glowing lights that respond to motion), bubble walls, and a custom tactile artwork created by an autistic artist. The sensory room is located at Section 102 and is open for all events taking place at F&M Bank Arena.

 

Sensory bags, equipped with noise-canceling headphones, fidget tools, verbal cue cards and weighted lap pads are available to all guests at F&M Bank Arena who may feel overwhelmed by the environment. Visit Guest Services at Section 108 to pick up a bag.


Service Animals

Service animals (including service animals in training) for Guests with disabilities are permitted at F&M Bank Arena. All other animals are prohibited.

Service animals must be under the control of their handler at all times (and on a leash/tether/harness, unless doing so would interfere with the service animal performing its work/doing its job). Service animals must be “housebroken.” Guests who need a place for their service animal to relieve itself, must utilize the grassy area adjacent to the F&M Bank Arena at the First & Main Street entrance. Prior to doing so, the guest must have their ticket scanned out by event staff at the First & Main Street Entrance. After ticket has been scanned out, guests may exit and re-enter the Arena only through the First & Main Street Entrance.

Service animals are expected to fit under your standard seat or in your accessible seating location. If a guest plans on bringing a service animal into the venue and has concerns about this requirement or requires any other special accommodation (relating to their service animal or disability), we encourage them to contact accessibility@fmbankarena.com as early as possible.

F&M Bank Arena has implemented the relevant portions of the World Wide Web Consortium's Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 Level AA (WCAG 2.0 AA) as its web accessibility standard.

Wheelchair Accessible and Companion Seating

F&M Bank Arena provides wheelchair-accessible and companion seating throughout the arena. Guests who require wheelchair -accessible and companion seating are encouraged to purchase wheelchair-accessible tickets as soon as possible. F&M Bank Arena reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against guests who fraudulently obtain wheelchair and companion seats. Requests by guests with a disability who have tickets to non-wheelchair-accessible seats to relocate to wheelchair-accessible seating locations will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability. Event-day relocations to wheelchair-accessible seats are not guaranteed.

Wheelchair and Mobility Devices

Guests in need of a manual wheelchair while at F&M Bank Arena may go to Guest Services to checkout a courtesy wheelchair for the duration of the event on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability. Guests who desire to use the courtesy wheelchairs are encouraged to contact us prior to the event. A valid government-issued photo ID is required as collateral for borrowing a wheelchair.
