Accessibility

F&M Bank Arena Accessibility page

Animals

Service animals (including service animals in training) for Guests with disabilities are permitted at F&M Bank Arena. All other animals are prohibited.

Service animals must be under the control of their handler at all times (and on a leash/tether/harness, unless doing so would interfere with the service animal performing its work/doing its job). Service animals must be “housebroken.” Guests who need a place for their service animal to relieve itself, must utilize the grassy area adjacent to the F&M Bank Arena at the First & Main Street entrance. Prior to doing so, the guest must have their ticket scanned out by event staff at the First & Main Street Entrance. After ticket has been scanned out, guests may exit and re-enter the Arena only through the First & Main Street Entrance.

Service animals are expected to fit under your standard seat or in your accessible seating location. If a guest plans on bringing a service animal into the venue and has concerns about this requirement or requires any other special accommodation (relating to their service animal or disability), we encourage them to contact accessibility@fmbankarena.com as early as possible.
